Angsang Lake

Angsang Lake is the biggest freshwater lake in Shaoxing plain.

Bitang Pond was founded in Ming Dynasty. Built across the Angsang Lake, it was the passageway mainly used for carrying the towrope and boating in ancient time, and was a shelter where boats could dodge the stormy waves.

It feels comfortable to walk along the Bitang Pond with the mild lake breeze fondling your face. The lake is undulating on the one side and rippling on the other side.

Pingshuijiang Reservoir

Pingshuijiang Reservoir is the only medium-sized reservoir in Keqiao district. Since it was built, a man-made lake appeared in the mountain ranges of Kuaiji, which coveres an area of 3.6 square kilometers. Pingshui River is also known as Ruoye River, so this reservoir is called Ruoye Lake Shijing Reservoir.

In late autumn, the metasequoia in Shijing Reservoirbegan to turnyellow. At a glance, the forest is all in yellow and it looks like a “golden city”.

Water is not the only landscape in Wuxie Waterfall Scenic Spot. Golden Golden ginkgo leaves make the autumn extremely beautiful. There is athousand-year-old ginkgo tree in front of Wuxie Waterfall Temple. You can’t miss it.
