"Jian Lake Yellow Rice Wine Workshop” lies on the banks of Jian Lake and the source of Jian water. Its original site locates at Shaoxing Jian Lake Brewery Co., Ltd.'s factory area, which is still the company's main brewery site. The yellow rice wine workshop, which was recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as the "national industrial heritage" and awarded the title of "Shaoxing yellow rice wine traditional brewing industrial heritage protection base" by the China Wine Industry Association, is the only national industrial heritage in Zhejiang and the whole country so far.
